About the Author

Joy Peletier has been writing stories since she was a young teen. Continuing to work hard to improve her writing, after several years, she finally published her first novel in her senior year—The Squire of the Silver Star.

Her stories are inspired by her love of fantasy, Medieval history, and, of course, animals! Aside from her novel-writing, she is also a self-taught digital artist, and enjoys gardening and hiking. Joy lives in a small town in Pennsylvania, U.S., with her family and devious pet rabbit, Nutmeg.
