Kingdom of Stellalux
Cities, Towns, & Castles:
Elpidapolis: The capital city. Home of Philipp, Amber, Felix, and Elfheah.
Hardfast: Primary castle for defense against enemies.
Ethelgard: Castle of the Royal Family.
Norsward: Small and ancient town in the west near Futhark Forest. Home of Asher and Lord Aleksandru.
Redrood: City and surrounding area near the western border of Stellalux.
Ruddy Harbor: Main port of Stellalux.
Cypressford: Esteemed city near the coast. Home of Veronica.
Pontifical Estates: Estates owned by Pontiff Celestine. They are outside of the control of the Stellaluxian government.
Forests, Mountains, & Rivers:
Mountains of Endor: Incredibly tall mountains shielding Stellalux from the untamed north.
Futhark Forest: Extensive forest at the foot of the Endor Mountains. This area is where the old kingdom of Gwaelond resided before it was conquered by Stellalux.
Kladruby River: Largest River in Stellalux. Flows down from the Mountains of Endor and branches off into many creeks and smaller rivers until it empties into the sea.
Bryht River: The Kladruby’s smaller “sister river”
Blackthorn Forest: Largest forest in Stellalux and, by extent, the world. Much of it is unexplored and animals are advised not to stray off the roads.
Myrkvithr Lakes: Huge lakes in the west.
Islands & Other Areas:
Realm of Everwinter: Unexplored northern regions beyond the Mountains of Endor. Very cold and, for the most part, inhospitable.
Krúos Isles: Part of the Realm of Everwinter and home to seafaring tribes who invaded Stellalux on several occasions.
Green Fells: A lush range of rolling hills and woodland-covered valleys.
Bryhtmarch: A mostly-flat region of meadows and fields. It is the center of agriculture for the land.
Grey Fells: Dangerous section of cliffs, crags, and caves, part of a fallen kingdom known as Avenrôn.
Thonar’s Isles: Small islands off the coast where Thonar, the first king of Stellalux, first discovered the land.
Ruddy Bay: Area of sea by Ruddy Harbor where most fishing and trading traffic takes place.
City of Elpidapolis
Inner City:
Uptown: Less-populated area in the northern part of the city. Home to poorer animals.
The Tolbooth: The city hall where councils are held and laws passed.
The Garrison: The city’s fighting force to defend against attack and take care of any violence within the city.
The Basilica: An old stone basilica and graveyard where animals can go to honor the Lightlord and the Archangels.
Ducal Manor: Residence of the duke of Elpidapolis.
The Square: Center of the city where announcements and large events are held.
The “Angry Frog”: A popular inn and tavern.
Scholar’s Guild: Where the members of Lord Redstone’s distinguished guild meet.
Outer City:
Isabelline Lake & River: The city’s primary water source.
Elpidapolean Hills: Verdant slopes outside of the city where many nobles have their estates.
Wandering Woods: A quaint woodland surrounding the city and where many farmers forage for certain plants.
Farm Fields: Where many of the peasant animals live and grow food. Much of the plants grown there are used as supply for the residents within the city.
